Internship - Driver In Loop Simulator Department

An Internship Opportunity with Maserati MSG Racing, in our Driver In Loop Simulator Department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate the Driver in the Loop simulator to support the race crew
  • Improve or create tools to improve the DiL operation and performance
  • Liaise with the DiL Manager to organize the DiL session / make evolution of the DiL
  • Being part of the track pre and post event correlation for the physic and the visual aspect
  • Write the post DiL driver reports

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Practical approach by using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
  • Works methodically with attention to detail, following checklist
  • Provide ideas and suggestion to improve productivity, precision and work efficiency

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with programming software like MATLAB/Simulink
  • Knowledge of data acquisition system preferably Magneti Marelli and/or McLaren
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English

‍INTERNSHIP INFORMATION

  • ‍Start date: Preferably in January or September
  • ‍Length of Internship: Six Months
  • ‍Location: The internship takes place at the team Headquarters in Monaco. Race attendance will not be required. No remote working.
